• Subhash M. Nahar (CEO and Chairman)

Mr. Subhash Nahar, completed BSc. In Biology from Nagpur University and worked at small scale manufacturing units in Chandigarh to understand Press and Fabrication processes. This knowledge helped him to start a Stainless Steel and Aluminum utensils manufacturing unit by taking over a "Sick" unit in Chikalthana M.I.D.C. at Aurangabad. This was a start to his career in manufacturing. Soon, Mr. Subhash Nahar was expanding his business and from then there was no looking back. He has won a National Level Quality award for Laxmi Group in 2002 and also awarded industrialist of the year in 2003. In 2011, he became the President of Jain International Trade Organization – Marathwada Chapter and in 2013, he became the President of Waluj Industrial Organization.

• Harshal Nahar (Director)

Mr. Harshal Nahar, completed his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Aurangabad in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction. After finishing with this degree, he completed his Masters of Science degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison, USA. He worked as a Project Assistant at Center for Quick Response Manufacturing and was funded by the university. After completing Masters Degree, Mr. Harshal Nahar, worked at Cummins USA, as Manufacturing Development Program Engineer. In July, 2012, Harshal Nahar joined Laxmi Group to take over the operations side of the business.
